It is a Faith Based Medical Institution wholly owned and operated by the Catholic Diocese of Lodwar; The intimate authority and responsibility for all finances, policies and actions of Kakuma Mission Hospital rests with the Diocese Executive Commitee and led by his Lordship, the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Lodwar.
